All of my best performances as a runner have been a result of my crosstraining. I have broken school records off the bike, held nation leading times straight from the elliptical, and even won a divisional state championship right out of the pool. From years of crosstraining experience I have gained the knowledge about what it truly takes to become faster in my time away from running.
