Episode 12 - HOW TO THRIVE IN COLLEGE [academically, socially, athletics, self care, lifestyle, etc!]
College is a transformative, fun, crazy, busy, stressful, at-times-overwhelming, exciting, coming-of-age, beautiful period of life. I have had an amazing college experience at Hamilton College and have blossomed and matured in all areas of life. As I near the end of my college days I want to reflect & share what philosophies/tips I’ve followed to give me the best four years of my life

Episode 11 - On Running Slower Than Before
In my four years of college I have never raced faster than my high school PRs. A large reason for this has been my battles with injury: 4 bone injuries and two major surgeries. Racing again after time away (to heal) yields a mixture of emotions - happiness and gratitude to be competing but doubt/frustration that running feels hard/you’re not running the way you used to. This is a fairly universal experience for an injured runner but it’s not talked about enough. I want to share some tips I have mastered on the subject through my injury cycles to hopefully provide some love, encouragement, and healthy reminders.

Episode 10 - My College Bucketlist
Something you should all know about me is that I'm an extremely reflective + nostalgic person. I've kept journals, diaries, and bucket lists since I was five years old. When COVID ended my senior year of high school early, I needed something positive to focus on to distract me from all the chaos and uncertainty in the world. In April of 2020, I wrote a five page college bucket list and put it away on a shelf in my room. With it being the end of my first semester of senior year college… almost four years later.. I thought this would be the perfect time to go through it, see what I was hoping to achieve, what I already achieved, and reflect on how much my priorities and goals have changed since coming to Hamilton College.

Episode 9 - How Getting Injured Saved My Life (an honest chat sprinkled with advice)
I needed to take an episode to sit down with you all to explain what my life has really been like these past 8 years. This felt like the best place to do it.

Episode 8 - How To Glow Up (sustainably + happily)
I am glowing these days. I feel it internally and I know it shows externally. It's taken lots of physical + mental work to get to a point of genuine self love, joy, and confidence. I am grateful to be here with the ability to share some support + wisdom with you all. I hope you enjoy this episode full of unique ways to make positive change to fall in love with yourself + your life.

Episode 7 - On Social Anxiety While Injured...
On my platforms I regularly talk about working through the challenges of being injured as an athlete so I wanted to approach injury from a new angle and bring awareness to the struggles an individual faces when an injury begins to take over other areas of their life. In this episode I speak about the social anxiety someone feels when going through this hard time- something that actually gets HARDER with time.

Episode 6 - On Dating the Dream Boy...
If you follow me on Instagram chances are you know who my boyfriend Luke is. It’s fair to say that dating Luke has changed my life in the best ways possible and I feel so lucky to be with a boy so fun, loving, and willing to be featured on my platforms (LOL). After many requests from followers to speak to Luke, I thought it would be fun to make an episode where we answer listener questions and dive into the deep topics about all parts of our relationship.

Episode 5- On Manifesting Your Dream Career...
One of the biggest questions I get asked is how I ended up with my current job and what I did to get to that point as only a 21 year old. I decided to create an episode to answer your questions and give tips on how to work your dream job.

Episode 4- So You Think You Have A Stress Fracture...
I’ve been in those shoes many times before. Scared I’m in trouble, desperately googling symptoms looking for answers, unsure of how I’d move on if it’s the true diagnosis.
It’s a terrible spot to sit in.
I created this episode as advice I’d give to anyone who is ever sitting in that position.. feeling pain … worrying about “could it be” … unsure of where to go or how to move forward.

Episode 3 - On Advice For My Younger Self
Tomorrow I turn 21 years old so I’ve been doing a lot of reflecting on my life as I enter adulthood. I can confidently say that I am the happiest, most confident, most healthy, most strong version of myself today. But it’s taken a whole lotta work, a whole lotta change, a whole lotta love, a whole lotta lessons learned, to get to this point. I thought it would be nice to reflect and share what I wish I could have known when I was younger, in the hopes of hopefully changing your lives in a beautiful way.

Episode 2 - On Celebrating Success
Now that we are more than one month into 2023 I figured it would be a perfect time to share my favorite advice on combating perfectionism, finding joy in the process, and really taking the time to celebrate yourself and all that you accomplish. I know what it’s like to always be striving for the next greatest thing, and how toxic that can be for your mentality. As my brother always reminds me, ‘what’s the point of all the work if you never get to party?’
